Been purchasing from HQT for over 2 years. Started off with their DTF transfers and then their UVDTF transfers. I can't recommend High Quality Transfer enough! They came to our rescue at the very last minute when we needed to customize a Burton snowboarding jacket for my son, who was planning to propose to his girlfriend in Switzerland the following day. Their team was exceptionally professional, friendly, responsive, and hands-on throughout the entire process. John and Jocey went above and beyond, even arranging for the jacket to be sent via a courier to my son's house just before he left for the airport.

The jacket's waterproof fabric initially posed a challenge for the sticker's adhesion, but John and his team were undeterred. Unlike other companies that might have given up, they were determined to make it work, even taking on responsibility in case the jacket was damaged. Their dedication and commitment were truly outstanding.

I am incredibly grateful for their exceptional service and would award them more than five stars if I could. High Quality Transfer is absolutely amazing to work with—truly the best of the best!
